Graduated from Davy Crockett High School in 1969 / Graduated from Texas A&M University (Magna Cum Laude) in May of 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction (now Construction Science) / Graduated from The University of Houston College of Law with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May of 1981

Licensed attorney and member of State Bar of Texas (currently on inactive status)  

Past Employers: Brown & Root, PCI Engineers, Ventech Engineers, Stone & Webster Engineering Corp. 

Current Employer: S&B Engineers & Constructors, Ltd.--Manager of the Estimating Department.

This photo, taken at the lake, shows me with Dude and Domino	This is what you might call a "developmental" photo.  My aunt Bennie, my grandfather Brannen, and my mother, just a few months before I was born.

Here I am...Joe the first grader at dear ol' Pennington Elementary	Joe in 1st Grade circa '57 (back, 4th from right...see arrow).   Pennington was a small school, so what you are seeing is the 1st and 2nd grades combined.
